The purpose is to protect the public health, safety, and welfare through compatible development with airports and minimize the public’s exposure to noise and safety hazards. This is achieved through the implementation of policies in Compatibility Plans for each of the airports.

In response to the State of Emergency issued for the threat of COVID-19, the County Administrative Center/ALUC office is CLOSED to the public until further notice.

You may contact ALUC staff by phone 951-955-5132, or email: Applications can be mailed to the ALUC office at 4080 Lemon Street, 14th Floor, Riverside CA 92501.
